Lorenzo and Julian were polite, professional, and accommodating! They came out late on a Friday to install a new furnace when ours died suddenly, and worked until 8:30pm to set it up and make sure it was working. I was hosting a party that night that couldn't be cancelled, and they were very accommodating to the noise and people in the house. We had a great experience all around with Doctor Fix-It!

Tony, with Dr.Fix It had to come back a couple of times. It wasn’t their fault, it was an existing exhaust vent not within the original scope of work that caused my A/C not to pass. Tony returned and replaced the venting and didn’t charge me. They didn’t have to do that. These guys went the extra mile to help me and my family out and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I highly recommend this company. Good people…and I have to give a special shout out to Tony, he was great!

Doctor Fix-it helped us out quickly and in a very professional manner after having furnace trouble. Julian and Lorenzo did an excellent job installing the new furnace we needed, paid attention to detail and cleaned up the job all in one day! They even installed extra outlet work we needed and we are loving our new upgraded system and humidifier! Clean, top notch work, and couldn't have asked for better service from all those at Doctor Fix- it, but Julian and Lorenzo really went above and beyond and exceeded our expeditions for a last min install right before a big snow storm. Brent was just out to my house today, I was having issues with a heat sensor on my furnace. He also performed the annual maintenance at the same time. Every employee from this company that has done work at my house has been professional and done a great job. They have installed my furnace, AC unit, electrical panel and a hot water heater over the last few years. Excellent company and they treat you right. 5 Stars to you guys. You're Great!

We had 2 bedrooms lose all power, the breaker didn’t reset themCalled and Alek G found the problem in the master bedroom and needless to say we were very very lucky we didn’t have a house fire as the socket was completely melted and the socket cover, the ext cord too!So crazy I don’t wanna think what could have happened had we not called them and now we gotta get everything updated so this doesn’t happen again.Thank you Alek
