The Maintenance Plan is just $20
- One Annual Furnace Physical in the fall
- One Annual A/C Physical in the spring
- One Annual whole-home Plumbing Physical including water heater sediment flush
- One Annual whole home Electrical Safety Physical including smoke detector testing
- 15% off Repairs
- Priority Scheduling
- NO Service Fee during normal business hours 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday
- $24 off drain clearing
- $50 off emergency diagnostic fee
- $200 off Tankless Water Heater Flush
- $10 for services to an additional system
- $20 for additional properties
