Rodney did a very good job installing and programming a new transformer for my outdoor sidewalk lights. He also installed a surge protection system and cleaned all of my electrical panels, he was very thorough, professional and friendly.

Have used Doctor Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric for several plumbing and HVAC needs including A/C, water heater, and sump pump maintenance. The technicians are consistently prompt and professional and we’ve been very pleased with the quality and reliability of their work.

Michael Lombritto came to give an estimate on cleaning or repairing our furnace and air conditioning unit. In the end we have decided to possibly replace both units. Michael was never pushy one way or the other! Said he would never tell us how to spend our money, that’s it’s our decision how we wanted to proceed, he was here to inform us about our units. Dr. Fix-It has installed some much needed upgrades to my new home! From the time when they came out to give me an estimate for which they came out twice to talk about the same issue, they were patient, professional, personable and most of all…they weren’t pushy ! They also didn’t talk down to me even though it was clear that I had no idea about the issues I was up against. While doing the work they were thorough, organized and they didn’t make a mess. They were careful to clean up afterwards and asked if there was anything else I needed. They will be the only company I call out for any plumbing/HVAC needs and I got 11 estimates from competitors before going with them. While setting up payment they charged what they said they would and they are great at giving discounts whenever possible. Frank Santilli was fantastic. On time, skilled, efficient, an excellent, patient communicator. I’d very, very highly recommend him. Brent Cunningham has been out to my home a few times. Each time he has come to help me he has been friendly, helpful and courteous. I know that when he is here he will repair what needs to be fixed and genuinely wants to make sure that things are working well for me. We have a newborn baby, and our AC suddenly went out on a newly purchased home. Doctor Fix It was able to send Michael over within 2 hours of our initial call. Michael was quick to identify the issue and provide a plan to resolve the issue. Could not be more happy with the level of service that Michael provided. After that, the entire Doctor Fix It team was great, and they had us up and running by the end of the day.

Matt did a very thoughtful and careful installation of new boiler that had a lot of unique and tricky unconventional complications due to the site. He had a great eye for detail and big knowledge base so that he could troubleshoot and solve all potential problems. The county inspector said how impressed he was with the work which gave me extra peace of mind that it was a job well done and money well spent.
